I asked Elizabeth Fein of Iterate Social to share a little "behind the blog post." She reminds us that soaking up knowledge and tips is great, but there's a lot of "doing the work" and "making it work for me" that can't always be contained in a blog post that's meant to get to the point.
I've been thinking a lot lately about what makes a good post-- blog post, Instagram post, etc. Because that kind of stuff can be a bit of a rush to get out the door, it's often not until after that I will think, "Oh gosh, why did I do that? No wonder no one is responding to it!" Then you are faced with the awkward decision: Do I just leave this weird thing hanging out there? Or do I just leave it? Will this damage my brand?
