Thanks for your interest in membership! Below is the application for membership. Applications will be reviewed during the membership drive can take up to two weeks to process. Please note that your payment plan will not start until after you have submitted your application AND are accepted. If you are not accepted as a member your monthly payments will be canceled, but your $15 application fee will not be refunded.
Annual Membership Dues: $10 a month for 12 months
One-Time Application Fee: $15 and non refundable

All membership is considered "at-will" and no refund will be given to any member who decides to leave the Academy before their membership year is complete or if the Academy chooses to end membership due to a violation of the Member Agreement and Code of Conduct or for any other reason that the Academy sees as compromising the integrity of its community.
